Job summary

Ebury Malaga Office is hiring a KYC Systems Admin to design and implement Ebury’s CLM solutions, focusing on configuring the FenX platform. Your work will support robust and compliant applications, enabling smoother client onboarding and stronger money movement controls.

You will join the AML, ID&V, and ongoing due diligence streams, collaborating with product teams and delivering governance-compliant configurations in a hybrid setup (4 days in office, 1 day remote).

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis and requirements elicitation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and escalate issues effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organized, results-oriented.
• Proficient analytical and solutioning skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with AML, ID&V, and due diligence processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure FenX platform (Fenergo) in line with the Ebury requirements.
• Validate the functional configuration changes as expected.
• Support acceptance testing to address, respond to functional queries and make any appropriate configuration updates related to these queries.
• Collaborate with the Product Team with respect to product requirements and testing outputs.
• Support defect triage throughout the delivery process.
• Adhere to internal governance processes, and ensure compliance with the standard processes.
