Job summary

T-Systems Madrid is seeking a DevOps Engineer to drive the integration and operation of a Kubernetes-based private cloud for our Online Charging System. You will architect system interfaces, optimize performance and lead migrations with international teams.

The role demands deep Kubernetes expertise, OCS/CCS knowledge and a proven ability to design APIs, ensure high availability and smooth production rollouts in a complex telecom environment. English and German language growth included.

Qualifications

Expertise in Kubernetes container orchestration on private cloud environments.
Deep understanding of Online Charging Systems (OCS) and Converged Charging Systems (CCS).
Ability to author technical specs, design APIs and interfaces for partner systems.
Advanced log/metric analysis and proactive incident diagnosis.

Responsibilities

Develop technical concepts, system specifications and interface designs for the Online Charging System and connected systems.
Install, configure, operate and continuously improve complex production systems and services.
Monitor availability, performance and capacity and ensure resilience, redundancy and failover capability.
Perform hands-on incident, problem and root cause analysis using logs, metrics and monitoring data.
Analyze and implement requirements related to charging, rating, billing and comparable business logic.
