Los Altos Ranch Markets is seeking a Kitchen Cashier who delivers friendly, accurate service and handles cash with integrity in a fast-paced store setting. You will support cooks, restock items, take orders in person or by phone, and uphold food safety standards while helping create a welcoming community hub.

You will work with a team that values care, collaboration, and professional growth, and you will have opportunities to develop both personally and financially within a supportive store

Formación

• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Customer Service and retail experience desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Proven track of providing excellent results, shows persistence and perseverance;
• Demonstrates care and compassion for people; shows empathy and concern. Able to build and maintain positive team relationships, relates well to diverse people; is approachable;
• Maintains standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions and food safety;
• Assists the cooks with making specific dishes;
• Fills and re-stocks front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks;
• Follows procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellation and all saved recall transactions;
• Responsible for personal Cashier Productivity;
• Takes food orders in person and by telephone;
• All other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrates personal Customer Service excellence. Engages with customers always;
• Improves speed and efficiency of service provided.
