AgileEngine is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer (Kafka) to own and operate the Kafka estate powering an event-driven integration platform. You will design topics, manage partitions, replication, and retention, while ensuring resilience and auditable replay capabilities.

You will implement and monitor streaming guarantees, build observability dashboards, and own the build/release pipelines with Jenkins and containerized deployments. A strong Ops mindset and AI tooling fluency are valued.

Formación

• Deep, hands-on production Kafka experience of at least 4+ years.
• Strong enterprise Linux engineering and automation with Python scripting.
• CI/CD pipeline ownership, ideally Jenkins declarative pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Kafka estate – design, partitioning, replication and quota management.
• Ensure platform resilience and reliability during upstream service issues.
• Engineer end-to-end delivery guarantees: at-least-once and exactly-once semantics.
