HBX Group is seeking a senior JV/M&A strategist to own business plans and financial modeling for opportunities, coordinating with Finance, Strategy, Operations and Product to enable decision-making and value creation. The role supports Day 1 readiness and post-deal integration under the Head of JV Development.
The candidate will advance synergies, TOM design, and cross-border collaboration in a dynamic, multicultural environment across HBX Group’s global footprint.

Support the evaluation and execution of Joint Venture (JV) and M&A opportunities by owning the business plan and financial modeling for each case. Deliver robust analysis, scenario modeling and clear presentations that enable decision-making and value creation, coordinating primarily with internal teams (Finance, Strategy, Operations, Product) and supporting Day 1 readiness and performance tracking under the guidance of the Head of JV Development.
Pre-deal signing: Support Head of JV development in BP incl. synergies identification & quantification, commercial agreement & TOM definition, day 1 integration preparation and coordination with M&A team
Post-deal signing: Support coordination of “day 1 integration” with central teams and definition & implementation of value creation plan (6-months for small deals such as Civitfun, 18+ months for complex deals)
