22DOGS is seeking a Junior VFX Recruiter in Tenerife to join our international team. You will help attract and hire talent for artistic, production and technical roles, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records.

The role suits someone early in their recruitment career with a passion for the VFX industry and strong English skills. Based in our Tenerife office, this full-time position offers hands-on experience in global recruitment within a creative studio environment.

Formación

• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Experience in recruitment is desirable.
• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Media or related field is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with LinkedIn and online sourcing.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in VFX, animation, film, or creative industries is desirable.
• Must be located in Tenerife or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment across artistic, production, and technical roles.

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, platforms and networks.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Job Description

As a Junior VFX Recruiter, you will support the day‑to‑day recruitment activities across the studio, helping us attract and hire exceptional talent from around the world. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, enjoys connecting with people, has excellent attention to detail, and is looking to build a long‑term career in Talent Acquisition. An interest in the VFX, animation, gaming, or creative industries would be a real advantage. This is a full‑time, permanent position based in our Tenerife office. As we work with colleagues and freelancers from all over the world, a high level of spoken and written English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process across artistic, production, and technical roles.
• Post vacancies across job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Review CVs, portfolios, and demo reels against role requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and industry networks.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System.
• Assist with preparing offer documentation and coordinating candidate onboarding.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Previous recruitment experience is desirable.
• A degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Media, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident using LinkedIn and online research tools.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• An interest in visual effects, animation, film, or creative industries is highly desirable.
• Must be already located in Tenerife, or be willing to relocate to be considered for this role.
