Camping in Barcelona is expanding its in-house editing team and is seeking a dedicated Junior Video Editor to support our senior editors on an ongoing basis. The role focuses on technical editing—exports, localizations, and resizes for complex ad campaigns—and requires meticulous workflow, not creative storytelling.

Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate, you will work hybrid from Poble Nou, collaborate closely with Georgina and Sibila, deliver DaVinci Resolve timelines on schedule, and

Formación

• Two years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio in branded content or publicity.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve to deliver complete timelines.
• Strong English language skills to preserve nuance in interviews and educational content.
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate, with a hybrid work setup.
• Experience with file sharing platforms and clear communication via async updates.
• Willingness to follow onboarding, feedback, and review processes and manage large file transfers.

Responsabilidades

• Handle hundreds of complex deliveries for full-funnel campaigns with a senior editor; maintain accuracy.
• Break down long-form content into concise, engaging clips following guidelines.
• Collaborate to identify key moments and streamline edits with narrative flow.
• Deliver clean DaVinci Resolve timelines and exports on schedule for feedback and delivery.
• Experiment with AI tools to speed up editing workflows and provide constructive feedback.
• Adhere to Camping's folder structures and naming conventions for smooth handovers.
• Ensure all project files, assets, and licenses are properly archived at project end.
