Institut Straumann AG in Madrid is seeking a Junior Software & CAD Library Engineer to combine software development, automation, 3D data, and dental CAD technology. You will automate creation, validation, and maintenance of dental CAD libraries.

Based in Madrid, you will work with local Scrum teams and coordinate with Munich engineering; onboarding there. Hybrid work: three days in the Madrid office and two days remote. Strong desire to learn across disciplines is encouraged.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering) or equivalent.
Initial programming experience demonstrated via studies, projects, internships, or early roles.
Experience with at least one programming or scripting language.
Understanding of structured data, XML, or databases.
Strong interest in software automation and handling 3D data.
Interest in 3D objects, geometries or mesh data.
Structured, quality-oriented working style; good communication in an international environment.
Professional proficiency in English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain dental CAD libraries and datasets for platforms like 3Shape and exocad.
Work with 3D objects, mesh geometries, XML structures, and product configuration data.
Assist integration of Straumann products into third-party CAD software.
Test, validate and document library content; support release processes.
Create automation scripts for data transformation, validation and quality checks.
Collaborate with dental application, engineering, and software teams; coordinate with Munich team.
