Freenow is seeking a Junior Social Media Manager to support day-to-day collaboration with creators in Barcelona. You will prepare briefs, manage contracts and maintain multi-market content calendars across nine European markets.

The role involves coordinating with Product and Local Marketing teams to align launches and campaigns, and supporting large social campaigns while ensuring brand voice consistency. Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day collaboration with external content creators and influencers.
• Prepare creative briefs and ensure creators receive clear, timely feedback throughout the production process.
• Manage contracts, documentation and administrative processes related to creator partnerships.
• Build and maintain social media content calendars across multiple markets.
• Coordinate with Product and Local Marketing teams across seven countries to align content with launches, campaigns and business priorities.
• Support the execution of large integrated marketing campaigns across social media channels.
• Ensure all social content follows Freenow’s brand strategy, tone of voice and visual identity.
• Work closely with the Creative team to plan, review and publish content.
• Monitor community conversations and respond to comments in collaboration with Product and Customer teams when needed.
• Help identify and escalate product-related issues appearing on social media.
• Keep project documentation, content plans and campaign trackers accurate and up to date.
