Job summary

Hero is seeking an SAP Process Enthusiast to join our Global IT team in a hybrid role based in Alcantarilla (Murcia, Spain). You will work on international SAP S/4HANA rollout projects, shaping procurement and quality management processes across the organization.

You will configure and optimize SAP P2P and P2M-Q environments, provide expert user support, and run workshops to empower stakeholders. Fluent English and Spanish are required, German is a plus, and collaboration across countries is

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as a key user in SAP P2P or P2M-Q.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA to understand processes and interactions.
• Understanding of procurement and/or quality management processes.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and train users.
• Willingness to work with international teams and partners.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; German a plus.
