Formación

In our European Safety team, we are looking for a JuniorSafety Engineer (Home Care) Europe,to be part of our European Safety team. The Safety Specialist will provideconsultative support to production centres across Europe, collaborating withregional Safety and Operations Directors as well as European Operationsdepartment. This role involves participation in various safety analyses, incidentinvestigations, and European standard updates, contributing to the overallsafety and efficiency of operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote riskprevention at all organizational levels.
  • Ensurecompliance with regulations and internal requirements regarding safety andhealth in the workplace by conducting periodic visits.
  • Prepare risk evaluations.
  • Conductsafety inspections at healthcare sites and centers.
  • Investigateaccidents, incidents, and occupational illnesses.
  • Develop and improvework procedures.
  • Providetraining and information on safety related topics for employees.
  • Conductinternal and external audits.
  • Liaise with healthcaresites and their management teams.
  • Continuouslyimproving the safety prevention system (new equipment, management tools,etc.)
Job requirements

Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in a technical, safety or scientific field.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferred in safety or healthcare field.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels and to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Others:

  • Travel requirements: Travelling may be required up to 30-50% of your time.
