Q-tech in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Project Manager (Vulnerability & Exposure Management) to drive Agile delivery and bridge Product and Engineering. You will own delivery execution, transform roadmap priorities into releases, and partner with international teams.

The role emphasizes sprint execution, Jira-driven workflow, and data-driven issue investigation using SQL. English proficiency and autonomous collaboration are essential for success in this hybrid setup.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, PM or Scrum Master with hands-on sprint execution.
• Proven experience leading Agile teams and delivering projects on time.
• Strong Jira expertise: backlog management, sprint planning, and epic decomposition.
• Technical understanding with ability to write SQL queries and analyze data models to investigate issues.
• Experience managing technical documentation and release management processes.
• Excellent written communication skills, translating technical concepts into business language.
• Strong stakeholder management in international environments.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with product priorities and strategic objectives.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of quarterly objectives and sprint deliveries aligned with the product roadmap.
• Lead all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives.
• Break down epics into Jira tickets with proper prioritization and execution.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, delays, and blockers.
• Own and maintain product documentation across all project phases.
• Manage the release and versioning process with proper documentation and communication.
• Use SQL and data model analysis to investigate bugs and improve data quality.
• Act as the operational link between product strategy and engineering delivery.
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the lifecycle.
