UST is seeking a Junior Product Owner / Functional Analyst to join our banking sector team. The role focuses on gathering requirements, defining end-to-end processes, and documentingUser Stories in an international remote work setting.

You will collaborate with IT and business peers, supporting test planning and project tracking to ensure successful deliveries. The ideal candidate shows eagerness to learn, basic finance product knowledge, familiarity with APIs and REST, and English at B2 level.

Formación

• Proactive attitude with strong willingness to learn.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of financial products, preferably within Wholesale Banking (knowledge of FX, Fixed Income or Rates is a plus).
• Basic understanding of APIs, REST services and databases is desirable.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Language: High level of English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document business requirements under the guidance of senior functional analysts.
• Support the definition and documentation of end-to-end business processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to clarify functional requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation (Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, User Stories).
• Support the definition, preparation and execution of functional and UAT test cases.
• Assist in project tracking, reporting and status updates.
• Work effectively with different business and technology stakeholders.
