Job summary

Puig SL is seeking a Junior Secondary Packaging Buyer to support sourcing and procurement of packaging materials, collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost and supply continuity.

You will manage projects from development through launch, monitor supplier performance, and maintain SAP data while contributing to cost savings and continuous improvement in a global cosmetics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Packaging, or Supply Chain.
• Fluent English; Spanish desirable; French a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging sourcing projects from development through launch.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify packaging solutions and suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and stock levels.
• Prepare reports and KPIs related to supplier performance and costs.
