Job summary

Core Laboratories Inc. seeks an Accountant I to support the monthly close and consolidation activities. You will consolidate financial activity in Oracle, prepare internal management reports, and ensure data integrity across financial systems.

This role requires 3–5 years in accounting, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and strong Excel skills. You will follow corporate procedures, work independently or with a team, and contribute to accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting, minimum of 3 to 5 years of Accounting experience.
• Experience with Oracle and MS Office (Strong Excel).
• Familiar with financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist consolidation of the monthly financial activity using Oracle.
• Prepare internal management reports and reconcile data between Oracle and the financial system.
• Communicate openly via email, fax, phone and incoming mail; share knowledge with associates.
• Maintain accounting controls and follow established company procedures and policies.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with bank reconciliations as needed.
• Assist in monthly consolidation in Oracle and prepare consolidated journals.
