Job summary

Xcalibur Smart Mapping is a global leader in airborne geophysics and mapping seeking a Consolidation & Reporting professional to join our Finance team. You will oversee the group’s consolidated financial statements and ensure timely, accurate reporting across subsidiaries.

The role requires strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel and ERP experience, including NetSuite, with a track record in multinational environments. You will drive improvements, partnering with auditors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting, ideally within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and consolidation systems. NetSuite experience is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee consolidated financial statements for the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Manage intercompany eliminations, consolidation adjustments and financial data validation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP and internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare consolidated financial and management reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries, internal teams and external auditors.
• Maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements and automation opportunities within consolidation and reporting processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc financial analysis.
