You will contribute to digital architecture, signal-processing pipelines, and data-flow algorithms transforming radiometer data into calibrated satellite science data.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
• Entry-level or early-career experience in DSP or embedded instrumentation.
• Strong DSP fundamentals, MATLAB/Simulink, and Python or C/C++.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a multinational team.
• Advanced English; Spanish is valuable; French or German desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define on-board data-acquisition architectures and processing chains.
• Implement and optimize DSP algorithms in MATLAB/Python for embedded/FPGA ports.
• Develop instrument simulations to assess data-rate budgets and latency.
• Support FPGA/firmware prototyping and lab verification.
• Collaborate on ADC/DAC interfaces and telemetry packaging.
• Draft test plans and verification reports, balancing power, thermal, and RF needs.
