Howden Group is seeking a Junior Underwriter for M&A in Madrid. This exciting role involves working closely with senior underwriters and clients to provide tailored insurance solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Law degree and relevant experience in M&A transactions, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

The position offers a permanent role with opportunities for career development.

Formación

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firm.
• Experience advising on M&A transactions.
• Experience reviewing and analysing due diligence reports.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior underwriters in the analysis and underwriting of M&A insurance risks.
• Review and analyse due diligence reports.
• Conduct analysis of transaction documentation, including SPAs.
