Job summary

Neture Impact by The Cocktail is recruiting a graduate intern to support sustainability projects across industries in Madrid. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to translate environmental challenges into actionable strategies for clients.

The role offers a paid full-time internship with a hybrid work model, though more in-office attendance is expected. Applicants should be finishing or have recently completed studies in Environmental Science or Sustainability and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Must be finishing or recently finished studies in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• Knowledge in environmental law is a plus.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship.
• Proficient in English (C1 or C2).
• Located in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Participate in sustainability projects from inception to completion.
• Support the team in identifying environmental challenges and immerse yourself in client operations to understand their sustainability needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, working with UX, UI, Brand, Data, and Technology.
• Develop analytical skills and create impactful client insights.
• Document findings and recommendations in graphic and written formats.
• Enhance verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Education

Environmental Science / Sustainability degree (in progress or completed)

We are looking for someone who:

• Is finishing or has recently finished their studies in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or any related field.
• Knowledge in environmental law is a plus
• Is able to commit to a full-time internship.
• Is proficient in English (level C1 or C2).
• Is passionate about sustainability and eager to make a difference.
  
• Is located in MADRID

In your day to day you will:

• Participate in sustainability projects from inception to completion.
• Support the team in identifying environmental challenges and immerse yourself in the daily operations of our clients to better understand their organizational and process-driven sustainability needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, working closely with colleagues from UX, UI, Brand, Data, and Technology.
• Develop your analytical skills, creating impactful insights for our clients.
• Document your findings and recommendations in both graphic and written formats.
• Enhance your verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
