HP's AI Lab in Sant Cugat (ESP) seeks a Junior Machine Learning Engineer to research and develop generative AI models and build proof-of-concept prototypes that move technologies toward product.

You will collaborate with scientists, developers, and product managers across locations, contributing to the GenAI model lifecycle and applying best practices for high-quality, safe models. This full-time role offers international exposure and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 0–3 years of work experience; internships related to GenAI valuable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Help execute the AI Lab's technical strategy to support HP's AI roadmap.
• Develop and evaluate GenAI models; build PoC prototypes for product use.
• Collaborate with scientists, developers, and product managers to move technologies to production.
