Job summary

Havas Group is seeking a Finance Analyst to support in building and monitoring P&L and regional budgets in a permanent role in Madrid. You will assist in preparing financial forecasts, monthly closings, and reporting, flagging variances and risks to senior management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master’s in Finance or related field, advanced English, and hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and AI-powered tools to streamline data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Advanced English language skills.
• 3+ years of experience in finance within a media/digital/tech/consulting context.

Responsibilities

• Support in building and monitoring P&L.
• Assist in reviewing and monitoring regional budgets.
• Support preparation of financial forecasts and monthly closings.
• Analyze and report variances from forecast and budget; flag risks to senior team members.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics to identify trends and anomalies in financial data.
• Assist in building automated dashboards for real-time financial monitoring.
• Review accounting operations including billing, cost, inventory, and revenue recognition.
