Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Madrid is seeking a Data Strategy & Governance professional to shape how clients value data and enable transformational outcomes. You will design transparent data architectures, centralize data, and tailor governance to industry needs, with a focus on practical, scalable solutions.

You’ll work with Palantir Foundry, PySpark coding, and cloud tools (Azure, AWS) to deliver real-time insights.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degrees in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Experience developing PySpark code following best practices.
• Experience in data modeling, data mining and/or database usage in enterprise environments is a plus.
• Interest in Palantir technologies and designing data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop transparent data architectures to ensure reliability, quality, and accessibility for critical business functions.
• Lead cross-functional data centralization initiatives to unlock insights and optimize performance across operations, production, supply chains, and customer engagement.
• Define and implement data governance models tailored to the unique challenges of various industries.
• Drive change management efforts to foster a culture where data drives innovation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, hybrid data solutions that integrate with industry-specific needs, such as advanced analytics and process optimization.
• Leverage Palantir Foundry to design and implement data integration and analytics solutions, connecting disparate data sources and enabling real-time insights.
