Criteo seeks an aspiring Analytics professional to join the AXSI team in Barcelona. You will partner with commercial teams to translate data into actionable recommendations, support experiments, and prototype new measurement approaches with AI-assisted tooling.

This hands-on role offers exposure to senior analysts and clients, helping you develop SQL, Python, and data skills within our hybrid work model.

Formación

• Up to 1 year of experience in analytics, data science, or related quantitative field (internships count).
• Comfortable with SQL and Python, or eager to build fluency quickly.
• Curious about experimentation and statistics: you don't need to be an expert yet, but you're keen to learn.
• Clear communicator who can explain data findings simply, even to non-technical audiences.
• Open to exploring new tools, including AI coding assistants, to solve problems faster.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working with both technical and commercial colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Data-Driven Consulting: Partner with our commercial teams to translate data and experiment results into clear recommendations.
• Measurement & Analysis: Design and execute analyses from A/B tests to incrementality studies.
• Prototyping & Innovation: Build and prototype analytical solutions using AI-assisted tools to automate workflows.
• Storytelling: Distill complex analysis into simple, compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, R&D, and commercial teams to demonstrate value of solutions.
• Tech Stack Exposure: Gain fluency across our data stack (SQL, Python, Hadoop, Vertica, Tableau) and AI-assisted coding tools.

What You\u2019ll Do:

As a member of our Analytics Solutions & Innovation (AXSI) team, you'll sit at the intersection of data analysis and consulting. You'll help our commercial teams and clients turn data into decisions: supporting experiments, prototyping new measurement approaches, and learning to translate analysis into recommendations that shape strategy. It's a hands‑on entry point into ad‑tech analytics, with direct exposure to senior analysts, clients, and modern AI‑assisted tooling.

• Data-Driven Consulting: Partner with our commercial teams to understand client questions, and help translate data and experiment results into clear recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
• Measurement & Analysis: Support the design and execution of analyses from A/B tests to incrementality studies to quantify the value of Criteo's solutions for clients.
• Prototyping & Innovation: Get hands‑on with tools like Claude Code and Codex to build and prototype analytical solutions, automating workflows and testing new ideas quickly.
• Storytelling: Learn to distil complex analysis into simple, compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Product, R&D, and commercial teams, contributing to how Criteo measures and demonstrates the value of its advertising solutions.
• Tech Stack Exposure: Build fluency across our data stack (SQL, Python, Hadoop, Vertica, Tableau) alongside modern AI‑assisted coding tools.

Who You Are:
