Galderma in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Cold Chain & Logistics Analyst to join our growing Global Logistics team. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional with up to 3 years of experience to gain exposure to global pharmaceutical supply chain operations and help drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement across our cold chain network.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Quality-focused mindset in a regulated environment.
• Interest in digitalization, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, resilience and a proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze cold chain performance KPIs, including temperature excursions, deviations, and OTIF performance.
• Support the management of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls in line with GDP/GMP requirements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, CMOs, and global stakeholders.
• Support audit readiness and compliance activities.
• Contribute to process improvement and cold chain optimization initiatives.
