IDOM in Bilbao is seeking a Junior BIM Modeler to grow within a multidisciplinary architecture, engineering and consulting team. You will start with building projects and develop your BIM and CAD skills under experienced mentors.

The role focuses on learning, collaboration with international projects, and progression toward senior roles as you gain expertise in BIM tools and project development. We value curiosity and teamwork.

Formación

• Advanced Technical Diploma in Building Projects or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Building Engineering.
• Strong BIM (Revit) and CAD skills.
• English level at least B1.
• Willingness to learn and work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in development phases of highly complex building projects (stadiums, hospitals, offices, transport hubs).
• Join a multidisciplinary, collaborative team with national and international project opportunities.

About the Position

From our Bilbao office, we’re looking to hire a technically trained individual with a curious mind and a strong desire to grow as a JUNIOR BIM Modeler, working on building projects.

What we expect from you:

• Advanced Technical Diploma in Building Projects, or a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Building Engineering.
• Strong academic record
• High proficiency in BIM (Revit) and CAD.
• Certified intermediate level of English (minimum B1).
• A strong desire to learn and develop your skills within a highly qualified team.
• Ability to learn independently and motivation to stay up to date in a rapidly evolving field.
• A proactive mindset, technical curiosity, and a willingness to experiment with new tools.
• Ability o work as part of a team, communicate ideas, and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.

We will also value:

Any exposure to, interest in, or practical experience with any of the following:

• Previous professional experience in the development of building projects.
• Project development in French and/or experience working in France
• Master’s degree in BIM

• You’ll participate in the development phases of highly complex building projects, such as stadiums, arenas, hospitals, R&D centers, office buildings, metro and rail stations, airports, and hotels.
