Infrassocs is seeking a 2–3 year experienced investment professional to assist sourcing, screening and initial assessment of renewable energy investments. You will support financial due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring under senior supervision, and build complex financial models to underpin investment decisions.

The role requires a solid foundation in project finance, SPV and corporate modeling, with exposure to wind, solar, storage, and related infrastructure assets.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking (M&A or infrastructure/energy coverage) or related private equity/project finance.
• Strong financial modelling foundation enabling independent model building and adaptation.
• Basic understanding of deal structuring: debt/equity mix and SPV structures.

Responsabilidades

• Support sourcing, screening, and initial assessment of investment opportunities across renewable energy assets.
• Assist financial due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring for acquisitions, greenfield developments, and portfolio add-ons.
• Build and maintain financial models (project finance/SPV-level and corporate-level) to support investment decisions.
