Weewoo in Madrid seeks a proactive builder-first professional to automate workflows, deploy AI agents, and drive measurable impact from day one. You will work directly with senior leaders across Sales, Product, and Operations to redefine the company’s operating model using AI.

Responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks, deploying Claude/ChatGPT/OpenAI APIs, and delivering rapid prototypes with Zapier, Make, and Retool. This is an on-site, 100% commitment role with significant ownership.

Qualifikationen

• Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them with AI and no-code tools.
• Deploy AI agents and custom solutions using major AI models.
• Work directly with senior leaders in a fast, autonomous environment.
