Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Financial Manager, the successful candidate will assist the Senior Financial Manager in various missions:

• Help finance in all admin tasks, especially during closing
• Ensure invoices and related costs are properly introduced and allocated into the system
• Treasury control, bank booking and reconciliation
• Collections
• Control fixed assets (FA), tagging all assets and balancing with accounting
• Assist the finance manager in all accounting matters
• Control insurances with corporate
• Liquidate fruit on time and with proper costing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of overall experience in Accounting
• Proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish, Portuguese appreciated
• Organizational maturity and effectiveness
• Professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts
• Results oriented with a positive approach
• Ability to deal with change
• Excellent communication skills / Proficiency in computers
