A leading power trading and energy production company in Madrid is seeking an ITSM Administrator to manage Jira and enhance collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, 2 years of Jira experience, and proficiency in English. Formación

  • 2 years of experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of Jira's customization options.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or Spanish is a plus.

What you will do:

  • Administer and manage Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) instances including user management and project configurations.
  • Customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and notifications to meet team needs.
  • Implement and maintain JSM projects including service desk configurations, SLAs, and automation rules.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira and JSM users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users.

What you bring & who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 2 years of experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of Jira's customization options (e.g., workflows, permissions, notifications).
  • Experience with advanced customizations including Automation for Jira and Scriptrunner apps.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy or Python is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish is a plus.
