The role acts as the primary contact for contracting matters, ensuring timely resolution, consistency in practices, and alignment with internal legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide study-specific contracting support to Project Managers and Site Contract Negotiators.
• Act as the primary operational contact for complex contracting issues and escalate legal matters internally.
• Advise stakeholders on approved contracting positions, templates, and IQVIA contracting policies.
• Own and maintain the Global Site Contracts Library, including country-specific templates and guidance documents.
• Lead development, validation, translation coordination, version control, and continuous improvement of contract templates.
• Ensure consistency with IQVIA Legal guidance and policies.
