Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking a warehouse operations lead responsible for daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping. You will supervise staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain safety standards while collaborating with internal teams to meet order deadlines.

The role emphasizes process improvement and data-driven reporting to boost productivity and efficiency across the warehouse operations.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of goods while maintaining accurate inventory levels. You will supervise and support warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations. Additionally, you will monitor warehouse performance, prepare operational and inventory reports, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency. You will work closely with the Warehouse Administrator to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the effective management of warehouse activities.
