Diamond Foundry seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and shipping with precise inventory. You will lead warehouse staff, enforce safety, and coordinate with internal teams for timely orders.

You will monitor performance, prepare reports, and drive productivity improvements, collaborating with the Warehouse Administrator to maintain accurate inventory records.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in warehouse supervision, inventory management, and procurement in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with inventory and warehouse operations experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; strong analytical skills and ability to prepare reports and evaluate performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of goods while maintaining accurate inventory levels.


• Supervise and support warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.


• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations.


• Monitor warehouse performance, prepare operational and inventory reports, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.


• Work closely with the Warehouse Administrator to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the effective management of warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Technical education or a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or a related field.


• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, inventory management, and procurement, preferably in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.


• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with experience managing inventory and warehouse operations.


• Fluent in written and spoken English, strong analytical skills, and ability to prepare accurate reports and evaluate inventory and operational performance.
