Formación
- We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong experience in Java and AWS to support and enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of the platform.
- Strong knowledge of Java development and microservices architecture.
- Solid experience in production support / SRE environments.
- Demonstrable experience in incident and problem management.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and support AWS‑based platforms, ensuring their reliability and performance.
- Handle incidents and problems, including root cause analysis and resolution using tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW)/Columbus.
- Develop solutions, fixes, and improvements using Java and microservices architectures.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of platform operations.
- Monitor systems using observability tools and proactively identify issues.
- Participate in on‑call rotations.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve system resilience.
