Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional Java experience.
• Strong knowledge of OO principles, data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Git and RESTful APIs.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with Kotlin, Java EE, JPA, and Scrum.

• Build new features and enhancements on JVM-based software solutions.
• Develop architectural concepts and actively shape the cleversoft software suite.
• Take initiative to improve existing processes and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be part of cleversoft's high-performing, international Engineering team as a full-time member.
• Build new features and enhancements and improve existing ones on JVM-based software solutions.
• Develop architectural concepts and play an active role in shaping the cleversoft software suite.
• Opportunity to take the initiative to improve existing processes and solutions.
• You will work on multiple client solutions and an expanding portfolio of standard software solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with the Java programming language in a professional environment.
• Knowledge in object-oriented principles, data structures and algorithms.
• Experience working with Git.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with relational databases/SQL and API implementation following industry standards like REST.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for learning new technologies and delivering high quality software that meets business requirements.
• Experience with Kotlin.
• Experience with a Java EE framework and server.
• Experience with JPA.
• Experience with the Scrum methodology.
