iTalenters seeks a senior Backend Engineer to design and develop features for our real-time decisioning platform. You will contribute to architecture decisions, implement robust Java/Spring solutions, and ensure scalable, testable code in production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as Software Engineer/Backend/related role.
• Strong command of Java and Spring in product environments.
• Experience designing software and making architecture decisions.
• Experience with AWS, Linux, Git, Docker, Docker Compose and CI/CD.
• Background at a product company with end-to-end production experience.
• Knowledge of high-performance, distributed, real-time systems.
• English level B2 high or C1.
• Nice to have: Node.js and in-memory DBs like Redis/Memcached.

Monitor deployments and help ensure the stability, reliability and performance of systems in production. Collaborate with a senior team in an environment where autonomy, feedback and shared knowledge are part of everyday work.

• More than 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer or in equivalent positions.
• Strong command of Java and Spring in technology product environments.
• Experience designing software and participating in complex architecture decisions.
• Practical experience with AWS, Linux, Git, Docker, Docker Compose and CI/CD pipelines.
• A background at a product company; end-to-end experience through to production will be especially valued.
• Knowledge of high-performance systems, distributed environments or real-time bidding.
• English level B2 high or C1.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy and a healthy obsession with clean code, quality and continuous improvement.
