Fresenius Kabi seeks an experienced IT Service Management professional to lead infrastructure operations across a global landscape. You will translate global standards into measurable outcomes and strengthen trust between IT, business stakeholders, and service providers.

The role emphasizes end-to-end accountability, governance, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services, with extensive collaboration across regions and vendors to deliver a resilient, scalable, and future-ready service

Formación

• Extensive experience in IT Service Management and Infrastructure Operations within complex international environments.
• Proven track record managing services in multi-vendor and outsourced ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure operations and service governance principles.
• Experience building and maturing scalable service management capabilities.
• Knowledge of regulated industries and GxP requirements is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT.
• Strong operational ownership with a proactive and structured working style.
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational excellence.
