• Participate in regular feedback loops to improve moderation tools and automated safety systems.

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).

• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team.

• Passion for social media and a keen interest in digital trust and safety standards.

• High level of analytical skill and the ability to make objective, policy-based decisions.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to reside in Sofia, Bulgaria for this on-site role.
