Job summary

lastminute.com is seeking a Consolidation & Statutory Reporting Specialist to lead IFRS consolidation for the Group. You will prepare monthly closes, intercompany reconciliations, and related disclosures, reporting directly to the Head of Consolidation & Statutory Reporting in a small, tightly‑run team.

You will develop expertise across IFRS, consolidated reporting packages and group disclosures, working with auditors and local finance teams in a hybrid/remote setup across Europe,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least three years in technical accounting and financial reporting in a multinational or audit environment.
• Deep knowledge of consolidation rules and IFRS.
• Professional-level English, written and spoken.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus and IFRS expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate monthly group financial statements under IFRS.
• Maintain intercompany reconciliations and schedules (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow).
• Draft IFRS disclosures and accounting memos for group reporting.
• Run consolidation adjustments and intercompany calculations per policy.
• Liaise with auditors and local teams; support FP&A and reporting needs.
