Actual Talent is recruiting for an IT Business Manager on behalf of a leading international pharmaceutical client headquartered in Spain. The role focuses on aligning technology with strategic business objectives, driving enterprise transformation, and ensuring high-reliability IT services.

You will oversee SAP implementations, data flows, and platform integrations while collaborating with executives and external vendors.

Formación

• Proven ability to translate business needs into IT roadmaps.
• Experience leading cross-functional project delivery.
• Strong governance, budgeting and vendor management.
• Hands-on with enterprise software and digital transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as IT liaison for business leaders, shaping technology roadmaps and business cases.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise transformation and SAP initiatives, including vendor selection and adoption.
• Oversee data, systems and platform integrations across SAP, CRM, e-commerce and marketing.
• Ensure reliable IT operations, networks, licensing, and budget adherence.
• Implement cybersecurity standards, risk management, and continuity planning.
