Job summary

Allianz Technology is seeking an IT Stability & Operational Excellence Analyst to join our team in shaping stable, resilient IT infrastructure. You will connect data, analytics and AI-driven automation to prevent incidents, reduce risk and improve service quality at scale.

You will work across IT operations with vendors and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, leverage KPIs and advocate for smarter, automated solutions that enhance monitoring and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Technology, IT, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Hands-on incident and change management experience.
• Strong data analytics using Excel, Power BI or SQL.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, analytical and proactive mindset.
• Nice to have ServiceNow, AI/automation tools, observability/AIOps or Agile/Scrum exposure.

What You Do

• Contribute to the IT stability roadmap, supporting initiatives that improve change quality, service resilience and operational risk management.
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure and service performance to identify trends, risks and potential issues before they impact operations.
• Support the incident, problem and change management lifecycle, coordinating resolution, root cause analysis and preventive actions across technical teams.
• Use data analytics to uncover patterns and improvement opportunities, build meaningful KPIs and translate operational insights into concrete actions.
• Identify and help implement AI and automation opportunities that improve monitoring, incident resolution, change delivery and overall service efficiency.
• Drive continuous service improvement, optimizing processes and reducing manual effort across IT operations.
• Manage improvement initiatives end-to-end, coordinating scope, milestones, dependencies and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate insights, service performance and improvement initiatives clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.

What You Bring

• A degree in Technology, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field, combined with experience in IT operations, service management or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with incident and change management, including incident coordination, change risk assessment and ITSM governance.
• Strong data analytics skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI or SQL to analyze operational data, build KPIs and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification, or the motivation to obtain it, together with a good understanding of IT service management principles.
• Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives in complex or fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• A structured, analytical and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of your work.
• Experience with ServiceNow, AI or automation tools, observability/AIOps practices, or Agile/Scrum environments would be a strong advantage.
