Liebherr Group in Madrid is seeking a Service Manager for Global Trade IT Solutions to own and evolve the IT service for customs solutions across the group. The role combines service ownership, project leadership, and cross‑functional coordination with global stakeholders.

The position is based in Madrid with a hybrid model (at least 40% on-site) and requires travel a few times per year. You will drive demand planning, requirements, and collaboration with developers and ERP/trade tools to ensure

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in shipping or customs, ideally a Customs Manager.
• Experience in IT project management is a plus.
• Knowledge of global trade processes, customs clearance and compliance.
• Business fluency in English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Plan: Align demand planning with IT and Customs strategy to ensure relevance and readiness.
• Build: Document requirements, assess options with developers, translate to tasks.
• Build: Coordinate integrations with ERP, logistics, and compliance tools.
• Build: Validate delivery estimates, feasibility, and resources with teams.
• Deliver: Lead change readiness, training, and stakeholder alignment with QA.
• Run: Monitor KPIs/SLAs and provide ongoing operational support.
• Run: Manage incidents and changes per ITIL; collaborate with software vendor.
