Tenth Revolution Group is recruiting on behalf of an international organization expanding its digital transformation capabilities. We seek a seasoned Project Manager to drive complex technology initiatives supporting global procurement operations from Madrid.

The ideal candidate holds a university IT/engineering degree with 7+ years of PM experience in IT/digital transformation, ERP, or business transformation, and a track record of delivering enterprise projects across international teams.

• 7+ years of Project Management experience in IT, digital transformation, ERP, or business transformation environments.
• Experience delivering complex technology or enterprise application projects.
• Experience operating in international environments with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of governance, planning, reporting, financial oversight, and risk management.
• Familiarity with procurement-related operations and process transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of assigned programmes from initiation through successful delivery.
• Build and coordinate project structures, delivery plans, milestones, and governance activities.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, dependency management, and project risks.
• Ensure business requirements are translated into practical and sustainable technology solutions.
• Provide clear visibility of project progress through governance forums and leadership updates.

We are recruiting on behalf of an international organization that is expanding its digital transformation capabilities and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive complex technology initiatives that support global procurement operations.

We are looking for professionals with:

• University Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or any other related discipline.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience within IT, digital transformation, ERP, or business transformation environments.
• A track record of successfully delivering complex technology, business transformation, or enterprise application projects.
• Experience operating within international environments involving multiple stakeholders, business units, and delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of project governance, planning, reporting, financial oversight, and risk management.
• Familiarity with procurement-related business operations and the challenges associated with process transformation.
• Exposure to SAP-based environments and enterprise-scale digital programmes.
• The ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Strong decision-making, coordination, and problem-resolution capabilities.
• Experience working within a variety of delivery models, adapting methodologies to project needs.
• Participation in SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation, or rollout initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe.
