Verisure is seeking an IT Marketing & Sales Team Leader based in Madrid. You will lead and develop a set of Marketing & Sales teams responsible for the platform, collaborating with Product Owners, developers and QA to deliver innovative solutions.

You will manage cross-country stakeholders, drive agile processes, and align IT initiatives with business priorities while mentoring team members and delivering measurable results in a dynamic technology-driven environment.

Formación

• Computer Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering / Bachelor's Degree.
• Level of English: C1 or higher
• At least 4-5 years of experience:
• Leading engineering and other roles teams
• Developing and other IT roles as Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• Managing stakeholders in a multi-country approach
• Managing C-level stakeholders
• Working in agile teams, responsive to changing business priorities.
• Providers management
• Budget management
• Capacity management

Responsabilidades

• Main Responsibilities listed in HTML include leading Marketing & Sales teams and developing and operating marketing & sales tools in Verisure.
• Proactively foster best-in-class teams, products and solutions through leadership and experience.
• Define team and individuals' objectives; support dependencies and problem solving across organizations.
• Oversee domain scope: solutions, delivery, service operations and budget.
