Are you passionate about keeping the digital world running smoothly? Join our AWS Infrastructure Services team and become a critical guardian of cloud technology! You'll be at the heart of maintaining the infrastructure that powers global innovation, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring uninterrupted service for millions of customers worldwide.

Technicians in our Data Center Operations team perform hands‑on hardware maintenance, including server installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of failed components like hard drives, memory modules, and network cards.

• Please note that this role involves working on a shift rotation that includes working early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Our sites are often in areas without public transportation links and would require access to your own transportation to the work location.

Basic Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Knowledge of server hardware and components
