TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive IT infrastructure initiatives, ranging from data center migrations to workplace transformations, and to maintain a disciplined project portfolio. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time and to quality standards, with a hybrid work model and opportunities across a global organisation.

This role requires strong communication in English, travel as needed, and a degree or equivalent

• Proven experience in project management within IT-driven environments.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage at all levels.
• Self-driven, proactive and capable of working independently.
• Fluent written and verbal English; Spanish knowledge is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams; PM lifecycle knowledge.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and support project delivery across the business with emphasis on IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure projects including Data Center migrations, telephony, UPS, and related upgrades.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and documentation to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Plan, track, and report progress; identify and manage risks and dependencies.
• Mobilise project teams and stakeholders for effective change.
• Provide guidance to influence decisions and outcomes.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality project service to internal stakeholders.
• Coach colleagues involved in project delivery.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Job Purpose

Deliver structured and disciplined project management for key business initiatives across TD SYNNEX, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure and IT real estate projects. This role ensures consistent project methodology, effective execution, and active maintenance of the project portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive and support project delivery across the business as needed. Projects will span multiple functional areas, with a particular emphasis on IT infrastructure initiatives, such as office downsizing or rebuilds, warehouse relocations or expansions, and IT-enabled workplace transformations.
• Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure projects, including Data Center migrations to cloud environments, telephony, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and SFTP upgrades or other infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Apply best-practice project management standards to create and maintain project documentation, including detailed project plans, ensuring activities are executed on time and to required quality standards.
• Plan, track, and report on project progress, ensuring risks, issues, and dependencies are identified and managed proactively.
• Mobilise project teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, engagement, and support throughout the project lifecycle to deliver effective and sustainable change.
• Provide constructive challenge and guidance to influence decisions and drive optimal project outcomes.
• Promote professional project management practices by delivering a consistent, transparent, and high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
• Coach and support colleagues involved in project delivery across the organisation.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication.

Your Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• Proven experience in project management within IT-driven environments.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish proficiency is beneficial.
• Strong organisational ability and a high level of attention to detail.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and communicating at all levels of the organization.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience (Project Manager level).
• Practical understanding of the end-to-end project management lifecycle.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Occasional travel required.
