THEKER Robotics is seeking an IT & Infrastructure Engineer to own the company’s IT backbone from scratch. You’ll build and secure networks, servers, and devices across Barcelona offices and lab spaces, ensuring reliable operations for a fast-growing robotics and AI company.

You will work directly with the founders and engineering leads to implement scalable infrastructure, automate provisioning, and maintain security posture.

Formación

• Hands-on experience administering networks and IT infrastructure (firewall, switches, VLANs, VPN, DNS/DHCP).
• Linux and Windows server administration experience, plus fleet management (MDM) on Windows and macOS.
• Cybersecurity knowledge: VPN hardening, access control, endpoint security, backups.
• Comfort with racking, cabling, and provisioning hardware with hands-on work.
• Scripting ability for provisioning, monitoring, and automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate; 100% on-site role.

Responsabilidades

• Own the IT backbone from scratch and build infrastructure foundations.
• Manage network gear, servers, devices, and internal services.
• Monitor, secure, and optimize IT systems across the company.
• Manage users and devices with Bitakora and MDM platforms.
• Collaborate with founders and engineering leads on infrastructure strategy.
