The role collaborates with IT, Finance, and Portfolio Management to deliver executive dashboards, TBM frameworks, and cost allocations in a hybrid setup. Strong analytics and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, TBM, ITFM, or IT PMO within complex international matrix organizations.
• Proven track record in IT cost transparency, budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with analytics and enterprise tools: Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP ERP, advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management; fluent in English.

We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst - IT Governance & Technology Business Management (TBM) for an international organization based in Barcelona (hybrid setup: approx. 3 days on-site/week).

The role will play a critical part in shaping how Global IT plans, governs, and measures performance, bringing end-to-end financial transparency to budgeting, forecasting, and investment steering for senior IT leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Financial Planning & Steering: Drive transparent IT budgeting, rolling forecasting, cost allocations, and variance analysis across global IT services, projects, and cost centers.
• Executive Dashboards & Reporting: Design decision-ready scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting that translate complex IT cost and operational data into clear strategic recommendations.
• TBM & Governance Frameworks: Establish and refine consistent IT governance standards, reporting methodologies, and data quality practices across the global organization.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with IT leadership, Finance, Controlling, and Portfolio Management to track financial dependencies, mitigate budget risks, and prioritize key initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Financial Management (ITFM), or IT PMO within complex international matrix organizations.
• Proven track record in IT cost transparency, budget forecasting, and executive-level performance reporting.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with analytics and enterprise tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP ERP, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
