Drees & Sommer España in Málaga is seeking a Specialist IT Endpoint Management to support internal users across countries and regions. The role focuses on securing endpoint architectures, policy configuration, and lifecycle management within a growing IT team.

You will contribute to standard setting, roadmaps, and ensure security and compliance are reliably implemented. Mobility options are available to support work-life balance.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, IT Operations, or advanced IT Support.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions.
• Knowledge of software packaging and application deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of endpoint security and compliance concepts.
• Basic PowerShell knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A high level of English is required (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Develop secure endpoint architectures with governance models and clear target architectures.
• Embed security, compliance, and regulatory requirements into endpoint designs and processes.
• Evaluate and implement new endpoint technologies to improve the digital workplace.
• Lead endpoint management projects from planning to operation.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for complex endpoint incidents and requests.
• Configure and optimize device policies, compliance policies, and security controls.
• Oversee software packaging, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with IT Security, Infrastructure, Workplace Services and Operations teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and architecture standards.
