Job summary

Clue Technologies in Málaga is hiring for IT & DevOps Support (Linux) to assist our team with daily IT tasks and service delivery. You will install, configure, and maintain computer systems, diagnose issues, and provide on-site or remote support for employees across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related studies in information technology or computer science.
• Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
• Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Bash or Shell.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
• Active Directory, LDAP and Kerberos knowledge.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to think critically.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring cluers computer systems.
• Responding to cluers' IT support requests.
• Meeting with cluers to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
• Maintaining the inventory of technical equipment
• Managing purchases (plan for future demand, order new hardware, etc)
• Managing the relationship with the providers (for IT services used by the company)
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Configuring online services used by the employees (Google apps, etc..)

You will assist our cluers with all IT related technical support issues.
