Job summary

Clue Technologies is seeking an Electronic V&V Technician (Formación Profesional) to manage its R&D laboratory in Málaga. You will prepare state-of-the-art equipment, define reworks, and support test cable assemblies in a demanding aerospace-focused environment.

You will assist the development team during tests, participate in qualification campaigns (environmental, EMC), and execute test plans with traceability.

Qualifications

• Formal electronics certification or FP-equivalent required.
• Experience in efficiently managing an R&D laboratory, including inventory and equipment inspection.
• Ability to identify hazards and ensure safe operating conditions, involving stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define reworks for manufactured products (e.g. PCBAs).
• Support test cable assembly definition and manufacturing support.
• Development team support during tests.
• Qualification campaigns (environmental, EMC) with tooling preparation.
• Test plan execution with evidences generation and traceability.
• Board characterizations including eye diagram, BER, cross-talk, and thermal tests.
• End-to-end industrialization tasks spanning test execution, deployment and delivery.
• Promote foreign object damage awareness and safety best practices.
• Unit tests for high-speed signals and power integrity.

What is the job about?

The Electronic V&V Technician will be responsible for managing an R&D laboratory in which state-of-the-art equipment is prepared. The technician will have the opportunity to face major technological challenges and participate in one of the most critical stages in the product's life cycle.

What will you do?

• Define reworks for manufactured products (e.x. fix PCBAs issues)


• Support in Test cable assembly definition and manufacturing support

  • End-to-end ownership of the systems supporting the manufacturing process, spanning test execution, deployment, and final product delivery.
  
  
  
  


• Foreign object damage prevention and awareness.


• Unit Test Measurement (High-speed, Power integrity, etc).

What profile are we looking for?

• Formal studies or equivalent certification in electronics.


• Proven expertise in efficiently managing an R&D laboratory, including inventory and equipment inspection.


• Ability to identify hazards related to its activities and operating environment (technical, environmental, human and related to organizational factors), and involve all key personnel and relevant stakeholders. Be proactive in reporting them internally.


• Proficient in the design, assembly, and modification of setups, with a talent for crafting test cable assemblies.


• Knowledge of laboratory tools (oscilloscope, etc.).
